I'm a bit unsure though, my pc is nowhere near my tv and where the pvr box will be. Also I have 2 normal virgin boxes at the moment. One in the living room and I had another installed a while later in the bedroom.
I only intend to get this one Eurovox. Does this have to be used on the first line in - ie the living room. I believe they used a junction box to then send another cable signal to the bedroom when I had the latter box fitted.
PartyGurl , Jul 11, You can use this on any live feed, you could use this in the Lounge and move your other box to the bedroom. You can flash the box and then move it, that's not a problem. I'm with ntl. Followed all the instructions to the letter, plus some which I got from this site when setting up box. Went through the scanning process, green bars for progress and quality which i thought was a good sign , but no channels came up.
I'm in Dublin. My connection with NTL is perfect. Have you flashed it? Thanks for the quick reply. No I haven't. I presumed as it was straight from the factory it would have the latest software. Will this help and if so is there a link to the latest software?
